He knew me before I was born, and He knows me, Dean Renninger, now even as I write this. And with that knowing comes the responsibility to seek Him out, to speak with Him, to read the words He has given me, to love others, and to live out His plan for me.
With this responsibility comes my commitment to read through the Bible in one year. And with this commitment comes a desire to change my life, to live more fully knowing God's plan for me and living it out, and to read the Bible, believe what God tells me, and live out his instructions. Simply put, I have a desire to Read.Believe.Live.
Romans 8:38-39
And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Jeremiah 2:25
"When will you stop running? When will you stop panting after other gods?"
Jeremiah 1:5
"I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations."
Ephesians 4:1-5
Therefore, I prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other's faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and one God and Father, who is over all and in all and living through all.
